After a virtual drought last week, there will be a flood of economic data this week. Look for a large current account deficit (CAD) on Tuesday, plus revised (and stronger) GDP data, including more evidence on inflation. Forecasters are worried about house prices after a predicted “interest rate spike” and the commodity “super cycle.” Or is it just another asset bubble?
