Two people who you can bet don’t get invited around to Kirribilli House are the big movers in the Crikey/Media Monitors Top 20 for the week of 7-13 August.
Maxine McKew jumped up 25 places on the back of speculation she’ll soon supplant the current Member for Bennelong. No doubt she’ll continue to do well in the charts next week, too, with SBS’ Insight program looking at the Bennelong battle tonight.
The other big climber was Barnaby Joyce, who travelled along the Murray-Darling to end up at Number 17 in the chart.
