Kevin Rudd has totally dominated the media during his first flit across the world stage, while Brendan Nelson hasn’t yet got the expected avalanche of media for his grocery bagging tour of our own little corner of the world.
Water Minister Penny Wong jumped seven spots in the wake of the Murray Darling Agreement, but Victorian Premier John Brumby trumps her, with a billion reasons to smile from sixth spot on this week’s list.
SA Premier Mike Rann was the other big mover, again due largely to water, while the first Tuesday of the month sees Malcolm Turnbull sneak back into Top 20.

And our celebrity control sample of the week: Good for number three on this week’s list. Potential candidate for Higgins, now that Bolty’s out of the race (or is he…?).
