I know he was called the Siver Bodgie, but Mr Hawke always makes me think of a sulphur-crested cockatoo.

A motto for that splendidly decorated Coat of Arms: “Cockies Just Rule”. Goes with an apostrophe too, but less truthfully.

A sulphur crested cockatoo, eh. Very hard to catch. Flighty. But why would a sulphur crested cockatoo steal the pegs of democracy and leave traces.
A woman in Oklahoma but was fined $185 for dropping a sunflower seed. 😳

“Get awoi!” made me laugh so much that tea came out of my nose – yes, I was drinking tea while reading a FDOTM toon which is a health hazard – my own fault…

True fact check. Cockatoos only smell like fresh laundry after they’ve done 3 laps in the Whirlpool and a cup of Omo. 😀
