I don’t think meetings with News Ltd are that much fun – though Surry Hills is a great place to party.

fanta pants – i haven’t heard that one for years!
also i was once involved with a developer who was pitching for news ltd to move to the gold coast – apparently Rupert said no – it was too nice and the staff would be off to the beach every second minute
