Firsty, to preserve health and sanity you must stop reading the Blot churn.
After a couple paragraphs it has a remarkable sedating effect – otherwise described as an insidious numbing and dumbing down.

Back in the olden days of the VFL, there were 3 teams in the league whose name began with “F”. Fitzroy, Footscray.. and F@#@#ing Collingwood.
