The Australian‘s media editor, Sharri Markson, is not happy with Crikey after Guy Rundle’s remarks yesterday about certain scribe Errol Simper’s love for the coffin nails. She tweeted:
“Crikey’s remarks today about Media’s talented scribe Errol Simper are nasty and unnecessary. You can disagree with him without being viscous.”
Since she works for the Oz, it’s difficult to know what Markson objects to more — our suggestion that Simper had a certain resemblance to a Winny Blue, or our description of him as “independent-minded” — but it’s tough to hear that we are viscous, i.e. thick.
Mind you, looks like we’re not the only ones.
