No Internet for 4 Hrs!!!
Brave dog….Good dog.

Well fed with lukewarm pies dog.

Now I suppose it will be off to Canberra wonk drinks for lukewarm beers eh?

It’s a tough gig…..but someone’s got to do it.

Meanwhile, I think I’ll have a (very expensive) bacon sandwich and a very nice glass of red to toast your sterling efforts. Woof!

New way of describing what is happening in Parliament as far as the Press Gallery is concerned. It’ll be appearing as a Headline soon: “Going Crook ”

Insightful invesitgative journalist: First Dog:”He did what!?!”

Instead of the Chief Justice explaining away a misdemeanour from the bench eg ‘The opportunity presented itself..’, ” it will be: First Dog: “It was just sitting there?”

This is the breakdown: Don’t any of youse now trip over Firsty’s Gnu Blue Swayde Shoes. He’s a keeper, so what if he has to be supplied a doggy bag.

You got Hugh Rimington’s colouring exactly right.

After suffering through such drawn out deprivation in the line of duty there’s a big reward in store – you’re allowed to return to Melbourne.

Chris Uhlman’s dumb questions or Joe Hockey’s dumb answers ? Dead heat.

And the Opposition front bench ! Bronny’s hair, Mr Croakey and Andrew Robb. Stellar !

As far as I can tell, the budget surplus is all coming from Saturday’s Lotto Draw, but hey, Australia, you’ve got to be in it.
