Short of Warwick Capper being prime minister Cousin Jethro is the next best option.
Our nation remembers how seamlessly he performed in the role of Shadow Finance Minister for the few weeks he was allowed to keep it.

Don’t panic. This situation would only be temporary until the party room elects another leader of the Liberal party. So don’t worry, Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce would soon hand over to Prime Minister Christopher Pyne or Prime Minister Julie Bishop or Prime Minister Scott Morrison or Prime Minister Joe Hockey or Prime Minister Kevin Andrews or Prime Minister Peter Dutton or, oh god, I think I’m just going to go outside. I may be some time.
