The relationship between the American press and the GOP ticket is deteriorating rapidly. The Huffington Post reports on McCain and Palin’s reticence and would it could mean for their chances in the impending election.
Sam Stein from the Huffington Post writes about the Republican ticket’s failure to permit pubmit scrutiny of their future policies and responses to current problems:
“Relations between John McCain and the press corps that was once described as his “base” have fully deteriorated. After an appearance in Strongsville, Ohio, on Tuesday, the Senator blissfully ignored questions about the bailout plan from nearby reporters, prompting one journalist to scream out: “Has your bus become the No Talk Express?”
