Between Lego Masters (1.39 million nationally) vs MasterChef Australia (1.17 million nationally) House Rules (800,000) was left right out of contention, along with the Seven Network.

Seven’s hour of news from 6pm led Nine by around 400,000 viewers nationally but after Home and Away (1.10 million) the network disappeared again from prime time consideration. In breakfast there was a big win for Sunrise (535,000 national and 317,000 metro), with the ABC’s News Breakfast second (356,000 and 230,000) and Nine’s Today, third with (320,000 and 215,000).

In the regions it was Seven News 719,000, Seven News 6.30 680,000, Home and Away 430,000, The Chase Australia 5.30pm 412,000, and 7pm ABC News 408,000.
