Joshua Black is a PhD candidate in the School of History and National Centre of Biography, ANU. His thesis is a history of the political memoir genre in Australia. His research has been published in various Australian scholarly journals, and has featured in The Conversation, Inside Story, Australian Book Review and ABC Radio. He has taught undergraduate courses at multiple Australian universities.
